Short documentary "Something about Life<\/strong><\/a>" by Nebojše Slijep\u010devi\u0107a<\/strong> had international premiere at 15. Dokufest<\/strong><\/a> in Prizren where it won Special mention in regional competition<\/strong>. This is how members of the jury Eric Hynes, Marek Septimus and Maria Bonsanti explained their decision about the award: "The jury wanted to acknowledge the group of remarcably strong and diverse short films in competition, such as "Postcards from Manila", "A Short Family Film", and "It Could Be a Film". But the film that stayed with us throughout the week is a film of respectful observation and great curiosity, a compact yet deep portrait of a young woman that has an intimacy born of collaboration<\/em>". "Something about Life<\/strong><\/a>" continues travelling around festivals; in next month film be part of FeKK Ljubljana Short Film Festival<\/a> <\/strong>(Slovenia), AegeanDocs International Documentary Film Festival<\/strong><\/a> (Greece), Makedox <\/strong><\/a>in Skopje (Macedonia) and Sose International Film Festival<\/strong><\/a> (Armenia).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
