This year, the award has gone to&nbsp;<strong>Igor Zeli\u0107,<\/strong>&nbsp;director of photography at the short fiction &quot;<a href=\"http:\/\/halfamanfilm.com\/\"><strong>Half a Man<\/strong><\/a>&quot; by <strong>Kristina Kumric<\/strong>. This year&#39;s jury was: director of photography <strong>\u017divko Zalar<\/strong>, director <strong>Katarina Zrinka Matijevi\u0107 <\/strong>and editor <strong>Jan Klemsche<\/strong>. &quot;<a href=\"http:\/\/halfamanfilm.com\/\"><strong>Half a Man<\/strong><\/a>&quot; had its world premiere at the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tiff.net\/\"><strong>Toronto International Film Festival<\/strong><\/a> in September 2016, after it was screened at&nbsp;<strong>24 film festivals <\/strong>so far.
