The last few months were intensive for films produced by Restart<\/strong><\/em>. Our co-production, ‘Playing Men<\/a>‘, by Slovenian director\u00a0Matja\u017e Ivani\u0161in\u00a0<\/strong>(Nosorogi, Restart<\/strong><\/em>), just came back from the\u00a0Entrevues Belfort International Film Festival<\/a>\u00a0with\u00a0Cine + Distribution Award<\/em>.\u00a0‘Islands of Forgotten Cinemas<\/a>‘ by Ivan Ramljak<\/strong> won an award in Peru (Cuzco Underground Cinema Festival<\/a>, Cuzco, Peru), but also had festival screenings\u00a0at the\u00a0UNSEEN Mini Film Festival<\/a>\u00a0(Cavtat, HR),\u00a0Sedicorto Intl. Film Festival<\/a>\u00a0(Forli, IT),\u00a0Veracruz Short Film Festival<\/a>\u00a0(Veracruz, Mexico) and festival\u00a0Prvi kadar<\/a>\u00a0\/ First Frame\u00a0(East Sarajevo, BA). ‘Something about Life<\/a>‘ by\u00a0Neboj\u0161a Slijep\u010devi\u0107 <\/strong>was\u00a0shown in Brazil (Bahia Independent Cinema Festival<\/a>, Salvador de Bahia, BR) and Peru (Cuzco Underground<\/a>), ‘My Life Without Air<\/a>‘ by\u00a0Bojana Burna\u0107<\/strong>\u00a0in Minsk (Minsk International Film Festival ‘Listapad’<\/a>, Belorus), ‘All Still Orbit<\/a>‘ by\u00a0Komljen<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Lattimer<\/strong>\u00a0in Uruguay (Salto Independent FF<\/a>, Salto, UR), ‘Wall of Death and All That<\/a>‘ by Mladen Kova\u010devi\u0107<\/strong> at the\u00a0Prvi kadar\u00a0<\/a>(BA), ‘The\u00a0Blockade<\/a>‘ by\u00a0Igor Bezinovi\u0107<\/strong>\u00a0in Hong Kong (Hong Kong Social Movement FF<\/a>) and\u00a0Slijep\u010devi\u0107 screened<\/strong>\u00a0‘Gangster of L<\/a>ove<\/a>‘ and ‘R<\/a>eal Man’s Film<\/a>‘ in Lithuania (Inconvenient Films<\/a>, Vilnius, LT). ‘H<\/a>alf a Man<\/a>‘ by Kristina Kumri\u0107 <\/strong>had six screenings in October and November, and finally films made in the\u00a0School of Documentary Film<\/a>,\u00a0‘Mum, why are you crying? by\u00a0Vladimira Spindler<\/strong>, ‘Good Hunting’ by\u00a0Maja Alibegovi\u0107<\/strong>\u00a0and ‘All Good Things’ by\u00a0Jasmina Be\u0161irevi\u0107 <\/strong>had several festival appearances.
