The project was pitched by the director Ivanovi\u0107 and producer <strong>Oliver Serti\u0107<\/strong> in front of 50 international documentary industry guests, mostly festival programmers, sales agents, and commissioning editors. An industry program is happening during international festival of documentary film <a href=\"http:\/\/beldocs.rs\">Beldocs<\/a> in Beograde, Serbia. At the same time, the &#8220;Rear Admiral&#8221; was part of the first session of the international program for the development of creative documentaries, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdcwebsite.com\/\">BDC Discoveries<\/a> (22. &#8211; 25.5.2024), happening also in Belgrade. The four-day program is full of group and individual mentoring sessions in which industry professionals<strong> Rada \u0160e\u0161i\u0107<\/strong>, <strong>Boris Miti\u0107<\/strong>, <strong>Kumjana Novakova<\/strong>, <strong>Marti\u010dka Bo\u017eilova<\/strong>, <strong>Ieva Ubele<\/strong>, <strong>Dimitra Kouzi<\/strong> and <strong>Veronica Lewandowska <\/strong>are helping us to fine-tune our project, on the creative and financial sides. The film team is presented by the director and production manager, <strong>Zrinka Ko\u0161ar<\/strong>.
