The pilot project STEPS included cities Rijeka and Lisbon. In this context, the project <em>Pass it on<\/em> &#8211; a cultural heritage and added value representing the five neighboring counties of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County &#8211; are part of the project, which are part of the program Rijeka 2020 of the EPK &#8211; program line 27 neighborhoods. <strong>From 18th to 24th June, Restart participated in the realization of dislocated education together with the Ubiqa from Spain<\/strong>, which has been working on the implementation of social communication development and awareness-raising participatory projects for many years.<\/p>\n<div> An intensive multi-day program was realized by Restart educators <strong>Igor Bezinovi\u0107, Ivan Grani\u0107, Vanda Kreutz, Vedran Senjanovi\u0107 <\/strong>and<strong> Kristina Macuka<\/strong> in five neighborhoods: <strong>the town of Cres, Kastav, Gomirje, Novi Vinodolski<\/strong> and <strong>Drenova<\/strong>. The work was based on dialogue, reflection and e-skills with the intent to create content and digital stories using video, photography, sound, and other sources to encourage the development of experiences and raise citizen engagement.
