Makedox"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Restart&#8217;s short documentary <a href=\"https:\/\/restarted.hr\/en\/film\/finished-short-films\/babajanja-2\/\">&#8220;Babajanja&#8221;<\/a> by\u00a0<strong>Ante Zlatko Stolica<\/strong>\u00a0won the\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/makedox.mk\/mk\/en\/festival\/the-awards\/\">Sliced \u200b\u200bOnion Award<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>in the short documentary competition at this year&#8217;s edition of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/makedox.mk\/mk\/en\/\">International Creative Documentary Film Festival Makedox<\/a>, which took place in Skopje from August 18th to 25th. <em>The Sliced\u200b\u200b Onion Award for the Short Dox section goes to a film that impressed us with its stunning visuals and original way of mixing childhood ghosts with harsh reality. By introducing fictional elements into the documentary narrative, the child&#8217;s perspective is slowly replaced by the investigation of an adult trying to find the woman who haunted him in dreams, and who was turned into a monster by her fellow villagers because of her difference,<\/em> reads the explanation of the jury of the 13th Makedox (<strong>Marion Czarny<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Angeliki Vergou\u00a0<\/strong>i\u00a0<strong>Suzanne Nodale<\/strong>).
