This experimental documentary takes us on a journey into a world without men. Animation and reality mixes, as the author questions: “How does it feel to have a family tree consisting only of women? What do our ancestress’ whisper from their silent portraits?”

Filmmaker, artist and architect from Zadar based in Copenhagen. Graduated at AF Zagreb with additional program from ADU and ALU, and Restart documentary film school. Her latest short film “VALERIJA” already won 13 international awards including The Heart of Sarajevo, European Film Awards nomination at ZINEBI Film Festival, Grand Prix at Rabat Int. Film Festival, 25FPS and many more, including being shown on over 40 intl. film festivals. From 2018. she established NOMAD STUDIO/VOID LAB, art and spatial experiment labs. She has been part of emerging talent programs at CPH:DOX, IDFA, Dok Leipzig, Sarajevo Talents and EW Talent Lab. Her graduation film “September 3.2105.” won multiple awards and was shown at more than 30 intl. film festivals, with an international premiere at Oberhausen film festival. She is developing her debut feature length film “Trench” and a new short film “Closing time” that is part of the European Short Pitch program 2025 and Linz Talent Lab program.
