Vanja Babić

Vanja Babić attended the Faust Vrančić Mechanical Engineering School and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, Department of Telecommunications. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, in 2011 he completed the undergraduate studies at the Department of New Media and a cum laude graduate study at the Department of New Media in 2013. He works as an assistant at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. He has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Zagreb, Vienna and London; he was awarded two rector’s awards for group projects and recognition for the best student of his generation at the Academy of Fine Arts; he won the 2013 Essl Award and a special award in the category “Energy 2012” category.
