In a small, war-torn Croatian town, Nikola, a talented young football player born into a mixed marriage family, is approaching manhood while dealing with a chaotic past and an uncertain future. He is balancing on a tight rope between two football clubs, Serbs and Croats, mother and father, trying to realize his real identity. Anton Mezulić graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and then enrolled in the Film and TV Directing, documentary, at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. He directed and shot short documentaries ‘Confident’ and ‘Sons of Hypocrites’ and cooperated as a cinematographer on mid-length documentary ‘United Front of Opportunists’. At the moment Anton is developing his first feature documentary ‘Cordon’.
