Nebojša Slijepčević

Nebojša Slijepčević, director and screenwriter, was born in 1973 in Zagreb, where he graduated in directing from the Academy of Dramatic Arts thirty years later. So far, he has directed three short documentaries (“Of Cows and People”, “In 4 Years”, “Real Man’s Film”), two feature-length documentaries (“Srbenka” and “Gangster Loves You”), and two short fiction films (“Slap” – part of the omnibus Zagreb Stories 1 and “Box”), a short animated film (“Dog / Rabbit”) and many television documentaries and series. He is one of the authors of the acclaimed documentary series “Direkt”. In addition to working as a director, Nebojsa works on the Restart Laboratory program and various workshops. Since 2020 he has been working as an external associate / lecturer at the MA studies of documentary directing at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb.
