On Friday 3rd of November at 5 pm at MM Center Zagreb (Preradovićeva 5) Academy award-winning Bosnian-Herzegovinian director, producer and screenwriter Danis Tanović will give a masterclass. His debut feature, No Man's Land received over 40 international awards, it won the Oscar and Golden Globe for Best Foreign Language Film, as well as Best Script prizes at the Cannes Film Festival and European Film Awards. He was also awarded with two Silver Bears at Berlin International Film Festival for his films An Episode in the Life of an Iron Picker and Death in Sarajevo. The lecture begins at 17:00 in the MM Center (Savska 25), and the conversation will be moderated by Crotian director Nebojša Slijepčević ("Gangster loves you").
