The opening film of the 15th edition of the Beldocs International Documentary Film Festival in Belgrade was Srđan Keča’s “Museum of the Revolution”, which is also part of the Serbian Competition Program. “I am honored to open this film to Beldocs, a festival that has nurtured a great program and strengthens the connection between documentary film in Serbia and the regional and international scene. The premiere of “Museum of Revolution” in Serbia is a special event for me. I hope that the audience will be able to find in the film a new view of Belgrade and our society, as well as a closeness to the characters shown in it”, said the director on the occasion of the film’s premiere in Belgrade. Also, just before the Serbian premiere, the film had its French premiere at the International Jean Rouch Film Festival, which is being held in Paris from May 8th to May 18th.
