Restart’s minority co-production, the feature-length documentary film by Mila Turajlić, “Non Aligned: Scenes from the Labudovic Reels” will have its world premiere at IDFA as part of the main competition program. The 35th edition of the International Documentary Film Festival in Amsterdam will take place from November 9th to November 20th. In addition to directing, Mila Turajlić also wrote the screenplay and did the shooting of the film. The main producers are Poppy Pictures from Serbia and French Survivance, co-produced by Restart and Montenegrian company Kino. The film is also nominated for the special Beeld & Geluid IDFA ReFrame Award, which is awarded to titles from various sections of the festival. Along with co-producers Vanja Jambrović and Tibor Keser, Croatian team also consisted Barbara Matijević, a script consultant, and Dragan Đokić, an author of the animations. The film was partly shot in Rijeka.
